Key points: • This role will independently lead projects to ensure successful project delivery that aligns with business expectations and customer's technical standards. • The role may involve leading teams from various service providers across multiple platforms and applications. • Salesforce is a key component of the target state deliverables for the projects on my radar, but there are also significant integration and data migration concerns that these projects will also entail. • Despite being a lead position, the expectation is the candidate is well grounded in Salesforce architecture/design/development best practices, is highly technical, and comfortable with coding when necessary.
