Salesforce Architect Lead:
$200,000.00 -$215,000.00 Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided.Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. Salesforce Administrator Responsibilities Include: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and Salesforce solutions. Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture, including data model, user interface, security model, and integration with external systems. Lead the development of technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring best practices, scalability, and performance. Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on Salesforce development techniques, coding standards, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business applications and systems. Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to continuously improve and optimize Salesforce solutions. Drive the evaluation and selection of Salesforce AppExchange products and third-party integrations to meet business needs. Create technical documentation, including solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications. Prepares reports for team. Performs other job-related duties as assigned Salesforce Architect Lead Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field 7 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with the IRS or Department of Treasury. Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative configuration options. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. Experience with integration technologies and patterns, such as REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.
