Responsibilities:
Provide independent case support.
Interact effectively with clients, counsel, and supervising attorneys.
Analyze and draft discovery requests and responses.
Conduct legal research, prepare memoranda, and oversee junior attorneys.
Draft complaints, motions, and legal documents.
Assess, draft, and argue dispositive motions.
Prepare for and defend depositions.
Participate in court hearings and mediations.
Supervise junior attorneys and paralegals in trial and arbitration preparations.
Deliver excellent client service.
Qualifications:
Licensed in good standing with the Florida State Bar.
At least two years of civil litigation experience.
Ability to work independently with a heavy caseload.
Strong research and writing skills.
Effective oral advocacy and familiarity with evidence rules.
Multitasking ability with attention to detail.
Strong communication and time management skills.
