Job Summary:

As a Data Solution Analyst, you will be responsible for translating functional data and analytical requirements into scalable solutions that can be utilized by business and technology teams. Leveraging a range of technologies-including Paxata, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Business Objects, and R-you will craft innovative data models, analyses, and visualizations that enable actionable insights. This position also offers the opportunity to guide others in implementing self-service reporting and analytics techniques. We are seeking a skilled Data Modeling Expert with extensive experience in traditional data modeling (e.g., 3NF, Star/Snowflake, Hybrid), data architecture, and data management best practices. Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement logical and physical data models for analytical data stores (e.g., Data Warehouses, Data Lakes). Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and create effective data structures. Conduct data profiling, quality assessments, and cleansing activities to ensure high data integrity. Develop and maintain Source-to-Target mapping documents, detailing complex data transformations and integrations. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies, while adhering to best practices. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, including data modelers and data engineers. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data modeling, covering the entire development lifecycle (requirements to deployment). t least 2 years of experience in designing data structures for Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, or Analytical systems. Strong proficiency in data modeling tools, such as ER/Studio, Erwin, or PowerDesigner. Proven experience in data analysis and profiling, with at least 5 years in the field. Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL). Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. Strong ability to resolve issues by forming and leading cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven success in facilitation and consensus-building. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data integration tools such as Informatica or Talend. Knowledge of DevOps and DataOps practices. Familiarity with data governance frameworks and methodologies. Relevant certifications in data management or modeling (e.g., CDMP, DAMA).
