Overview: Sentara Health Plan is hiring a Full-Time Day-shift RN Supervisor for the Commercial Partners in Pregnancy & Member Engagement Integrated Care Management team in Virginia Beach, VA. Candidates must reside in Virginia or North Carolina and may require occasional onsite work at Sentara Park in Virginia Beach. The RN Supervisor will oversee daily operations, coordinate work, ensure quality and service, and lead the Medical Care Management team. Responsibilities include facilitating team activities, assessing competency needs, providing educational services, and participating in case management activities.
