Overview: Sentara Health Plan is hiring a Full-Time Day-shift RN Supervisor for the Commercial Partners in Pregnancy & Member Engagement Integrated Care Management team. Candidates must reside in Virginia or North Carolina.

May require onsite work at Sentara Park in Virginia Beach, VA occasionally. This role assumes responsibility, accountability, and leadership for daily operations, including coordination of work, quality, and service. It is the first-line supervisor in the Department of Medical Care Management for the assigned site/function. The supervisor facilitates the work of team members, provides leadership in case manager competency assessments, needs identification, and educational offerings, and participates in work activities, providing case management services as needed. Education: BSN required Certification/Licensure: Valid RN license Specialty certification is required within one year of eligibility (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC, or CGMT-BC) for Integrated Care Management departments. Certification based on specialty area is required within one year of eligibility for other service lines. Experience: At least 3 years of Case Management RN experience, preferably in Women's and Infant Health Integrated Commercial Managed Care. 1 year of leadership experience. Experience with JIVA and Epic is preferred. Proficient with NCQA guidelines. Experience managing teams remotely, motivational interviewing & member engagement, and discharge planning.
