This role is responsible for increasing Customer Pay Repair Orders and Parts/Accessory sales for AHM by encouraging customers to visit dealerships for vehicle maintenance and repairs through direct mail, email, and digital channels as part of AHM's Service Prospecting Programs. The SPS marketing suite, including Seasonals, OnDemands, Metro Mailers, and Service Prognostics, enables dealers to communicate directly with Lapsed and Inactive customer segments, motivating them to service their vehicles for both Honda and Acura brands. Key Accountabilities

Lead and coordinate the execution of SPS Marketing Programs in collaboration with agencies, internal teams, and management, managing an annual budget of $16M. Develop program strategies, creative directions, reports, enrollment initiatives, publications, and oversee daily operations. Create and present executive-level reports and performance metrics, outlining program status and strategic recommendations. Prepare support materials such as Sell Sheets and Quick Start Guides to ensure clear communication across Honda and Acura field teams and dealerships. Contribute to cross-functional initiatives like Service Prognostics that add value across American Honda Motor Co. Mentor junior team members through training, vendor and program management guidance, and operational support. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent experience. 5-10+ years in automotive sales, parts, service, research, and marketing. Strong project planning, organizational, and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Process management skills including System Trees, PDCA, Cap-Do, 5-P, SWOT. Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel. Working Conditions
