California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS) is poised to meet the evolving clinical care demands of our patient population while responding to the day-to-day needs of our dedicated providers. Salary Range:
$108,576–$123,132 (Licensed), $101,100–$114,456 (Pre-Licensed) Clinical Social Workers providing in-person care in an inpatient unit will receive: $124,862–$141,601 (Licensed) $116,265–$131,624 (Pre-Licensed) Additional Compensation: Recruitment and Retention Bonus: Newly hired Clinical Social Workers with CDCR / CCHCS providing in-person care at a facility 50% or more of their time will receive a 1% bonus for the first 7 years, increasing by 1% annually, up to 7%. Up to $30,000 recruitment and retention bonus within the first 12 months of service. Referral Bonus: $5,000 per successful referral of a mental health clinician.
