Senior Integrated Marketing Manager (Finance) Manages all marketing material execution with SPF branded products, including media and selling materials. Supports the SPF division in other marketing tactics. Essential Position Responsibilities : This is a salary exempt position. This role manages all branded social media, retailer media, selling materials, mockups, food shows, and other marketing execution needs for the commercial team. The person will partner with sales and retail customers to support retailer-specific initiatives that drive awareness both in-store and online of branded products. The role includes managing a marketing execution budget covering internal and external media and materials. The person will work closely with local agencies on creative and selling needs. Additionally, this role supports the SPF division's marketing needs across Private Label and Co-manufacturing businesses as required. Participates as a member of the Team : Engages in the development, communication, and implementation of team concepts, programs, and policies; coordinates work to ensure best practices. Attends team meetings, fosters cohesiveness on major issues such as direction, annual plans, budgets, and policy changes. Identifies areas lacking cohesiveness and collaborates with the team to resolve issues, contributing to organizational synergy. Simmons Operating Systems Principles and Objectives : Familiar with Simmons' operating systems (e.g., quality, security, office environment, policies, LEAN). Understands the responsibility to support these systems, including recognizing the impact of individual actions and communicating concerns or improvement ideas. Performs Other Duties : Supports business objectives; activities may evolve beyond this description, encouraging creativity and initiative. Physical Activities : Uses computers for data entry and verification, presents information to groups, and communicates via telephone, in person, or email. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) : Worn as required at visiting facilities. Travel : Up to 20%; must have or obtain a valid passport. Industry Experience (Preferred) : Shopper marketing and/or marketing agency experience with media planning, purchasing, and execution. Minimum Education : Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or 4 years related experience. #ZR1
