Manages all marketing material execution with SPF branded products, including media and selling materials. Supports the SPF division in other marketing tactics.
Essential Position Responsibilities –
This is a salary exempt position. This role manages all branded social media, retailer media, selling materials, mockups, food shows, and other marketing execution needs for the commercial team. The person will partner with sales and retail customers on retailer-specific support to drive awareness of branded products both in-store and online. Responsibilities include managing a marketing execution budget that covers internal and external media and selling materials, and working closely with local agencies on creative and selling needs. The role also supports the SPF division on marketing needs across the Private Label and Co-manufacturing businesses as required. Participates as a member of the team . Participates in the development, communication, and implementation of team concepts, programs, and policies; coordinates work to ensure best practices among team members. Attends team meetings and fosters strong cohesiveness on major issues such as direction, annual planning, budgeting, and policy changes. Responsible for identifying areas lacking cohesiveness, bringing issues to the team leader, and working collaboratively to resolve them, aiming for synergy within the larger organization. Familiar with Simmons' established operating systems (e.g., quality, security, office environment, company policies, LEAN). Understands the responsibility to maintain familiarity with these systems and the role of this position in supporting them, including understanding the impact of individual actions and communicating concerns and improvement ideas. Shopper marketing and/or marketing agency experience with media planning, purchasing, and execution. Minimum Education:
