Job Title: Lifecycle Marketing Operations Associate
Location: Remote
Duration: 06 Months contract with possible Extension
Pay Rate: $60-$65.00/hour DOE
Summary An American company operating online food ordering and food delivery is hiring an Associate, Campaign Operations to manage the execution of retention marketing campaigns. The role focuses on building, testing, and launching campaigns in collaboration with Lifecycle Marketing and Project Management teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. The Associate will also work to improve operational efficiency and campaign performance through cross-functional collaboration and technical platform expertise.
Responsibilities: Build, launch, and optimize retention marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other channels using Braze. Includes owning the QA review process, collaborating with designers and copywriters, building target audience segments and capturing feedback from multiple stakeholders. Develop scalable workflows, processes, and best practices to ensure campaigns are launched with high quality and minimal errors. Partner with teams such as Lifecycle Marketing, Martech, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Design to align on campaign goals, audience segmentation, and creative execution. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve quality, craft and efficiency for future initiatives.
Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in Retention Marketing, Email Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing. 2-3 years of ESP Experience (i.e. Braze, Iterable, Hubspot) required / 1 year of Braze experience required. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize campaign development and quality.
