That's where you come in: as an organizational transformation and change specialist, you help identify long-term goals and support the creation of processes to achieve them.
This role offers the chance to create efficiency in Human Capital competencies. You will assess how changes impact business processes and develop a HC competencies plan. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you'll provide a holistic view of the organization to improve practices.

You Have:
5+ years of experience developing competency models, behavioral indicators, and competency factors following guidelines
Experience designing and developing Human Capital competency plans
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree in industrial-organizational psychology or organizational development
Nice If You Have:
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
PHR or SPHR certification
Clearance:
Applicants will undergo a security investigation; TS/SCI clearance is required.
Compensation

Salaries are determined by various factors; the projected range is $77,600 to $176,000 annually. This posting closes within 90 days.
