Client Relationship Associate

to join our

Commercial Real Estate (CRE)

team in

Dallas or San Antonio, TX . Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to: Support Loan Officers in the daily management of their loan portfolios. Provide daily administrative and clerical assistance to the assigned department in the areas of loans, deposits, and account servicing. Process loan renewals and changes in terms related to the Loan Officers' portfolios. Call clients to request current financial statements, credit reports, and income verification information. Determine if documents provided meet bank requirements. Open and close accounts. Add/delete signers. Notary duties. Manage reporting exceptions including collateral, material, financial, and deposit issues. Obtain missing information such as signature cards, financial statements, insurance, etc. Manage filing, correspondence, scheduling, and coordinating loan portfolio functions to ensure smooth operations. Assist with loan processing, closing, and monitoring while providing quality service to support business development activities. Assist customers with questions, prepare e-files, and maintain automated reports. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in banking, loans, loan portfolios, deposits, or account servicing. A combination of education and experience may suffice. Proficient knowledge of loan/bank operations, documentation processes, principles, systems, and regulations. Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to respond to inquiries promptly. Ability to process, audit, and review client information. Ability to create and pull reports. Ability to multi-task and support various priorities, working with relationship managers and clients as needed. Advanced knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
