Responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of loan relationships. Responsible for spreading and analyzing financial statements, addressing industry risks, collateral requirements, loan structuring and pricing, credit analysis, monitoring credit performance and loan presentations. Responsible for relationship portfolio management, conducting relationship reviews and recommends products and services that meet clients' financial needs. Responsible for leading members of a team, coaching a team to develop new relationships, grow existing relationships through cross selling while providing a high level of client satisfaction. Other duties as assigned. Requires a bachelor's degree in banking, finance or a related field and 6+ years commercial and business banking lending, credit analysis, underwriting or other directly related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications. Extensive knowledge of commercial and business banking, credit analysis, lending, loan processing and closing processes. Ability to expand business banking loans, client relationships and cross sell bank products. Requires strong sales ability. Advanced experience in applicant interviewing. Strong judgment and problem resolution skills. Ability to structure loans and monitor credit performance. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to train, lead and mentor a team of portfolio managers. Working knowledge of a software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets. Strong leadership skills required. Pay range: $125,400-$183,920 This position will be open until filled. All candidates, including those with criminal histories will be considered for employment.
