What you'll do: Position situated in specified location
(Miami, FL)
for effective project management.
Monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures closely.
Lead stakeholder meetings, summarize key actions, and ensure effective communication.
Stage new projects, maintain implementation frameworks, and ensure proper documentation.
Support Project Managers in managing project budgets and scopes, escalating issues as needed.
Coordinate with stakeholders, track project progress, provide updates, and ensure compliance with standards.
You'll have the following skills and experience: Demonstrated 3-5 years of project management or coordination experience.
Preferably experienced with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO (International Standards Organization) 9001 standards.
Skilled in managing budgets with an accounting mindset.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Projects.
Able to travel up to 75% of the time within North America, po ssessing e xcellent communication skills and effective leadership abilities.
