About the role
The Social Media Coordinator will assist with digital storytelling across a diverse portfolio of businesses in healthcare, tech, tabletop gaming, and property management. This role is perfect for someone who can adapt brand voice and strategy to different audiences while building data-backed social campaigns that drive real engagement and brand growth.
You’ll be responsible for shaping and scaling the online presence of each brand—translating complex ideas into clear, compelling content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X/Twitter. We’re looking for a strategic, creative thinker who loves switching gears, experimenting with content, and building digital communities in fast-moving environments.
What you'll do
Assist with the development and execution of social media strategy across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)
Support the creation and management of a content calendar aligned with brand milestones and tech innovations
Collaborate with executive leadership to build compelling narratives around robotics and AI
Apply platform-specific best practices to boost reach, engagement, and discoverability
Integrate relevant trends and tech storytelling to elevate our brand presence
Creative Direction & Content
Capture content onsite and at events and conferences Schedule and execute social posts upon approval from show leads Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop original and UGC-style content Ensure all content stays on-brand, technically accurate, and audience-relevant Champion innovation and experimentation in formats, tone, and storytelling approaches Performance & Insights
Monitor KPIs and performance across platforms Translate analytics into insights that inform strategy, tone, and content planning Report on campaign impact, follower growth, and engagement trends Spot opportunities in platform changes, competitor strategies, and audience behavior Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of social media or digital marketing experience 2+ years experience utilizing platform algorithms, analytics tools, and best practices Strong record of growing and engaging online communities Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, startups and tech-focused environments Why Join Us?
