About The Role: We’re looking for a brand-first, customer-obsessed Director of Social Media to lead and elevate our presence across platforms—turning our channels into powerful engines for engagement, storytelling, and growth. In this highly visible role, you’ll own the social media strategy end-to-end, from vision to execution, while ensuring every piece of content reflects our brand’s voice, values, and deep understanding of our audience. You’ll partner cross-functionally with brand, creative, marketing, product, and customer experience teams to develop and deploy social strategies that scale reach, build loyalty, and drive business impact. This is a hands-on leadership role: part strategist, part creator, and part cultural translator—connecting brand and audience through compelling digital experiences. Duties and Responsibilities

Including but not limited to: Strategic Leadership

Own and evolve our social media strategy with a strong focus on brand storytelling, customer voice, and community growth. Align platform strategies with broader business objectives, marketing priorities, and brand positioning across paid, owned, and earned channels. Translate key brand moments into social-first campaigns and activations that drive awareness and engagement. Customer Voice & Content Development

Ensure our social presence reflects the voice and needs of our audience—creating content that is not only on-brand, but that deeply resonates with customers. Partner with creative teams to develop high-quality, engaging assets across formats (video, carousels, stories, live, UGC, etc.). Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across platforms. Campaign Execution & Growth

Lead the development and rollout of social media campaigns, from concept to creative co-production to in-market optimization. Execute real-time content and engagement strategies around cultural moments, launches, and emerging trends. Drive experimentation across platforms, content formats, and messaging to increase reach, engagement, and performance. Analytics & Performance Optimization

Measure and analyze performance across all platforms using social and web analytics tools. Deliver regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, turning data into clear recommendations for future state growth. Optimize strategy based on KPIs including engagement, reach, sentiment, conversions, and audience growth. Innovation & Brand Integrity

Monitor digital trends, platform updates, and cultural conversations to keep the brand ahead of the curve. Lead brand voice governance on social media and manage sensitive brand communications when needed. Ensure all content adheres to brand standards and contributes positively to our overall brand reputation. Leadership & Collaboration

Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and customer experience. Lead relationships with external partners, creators, and influencers as needed. Qualifications

7+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or brand content roles, with at least 3+ years in a leadership position. A proven ability to scale social strategy and creative content that delivers both cultural relevance and business results. Expertise across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.), with a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices. Hands-on experience with campaign creation and execution, including copywriting, video production, and content optimization. Deep experience in using data, social listening, and analytics tools to drive decision-making and performance reporting. Excellent communicator with a passion for authentic brand voice, tone, and storytelling. Comfortable navigating real-time opportunities and brand-sensitive moments with confidence and care. Experience leading and mentoring teams, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Benefits
