- 24-hour call coverage -- 2-week blocks per month, 8 am - 8 am daily
- Census 12 - 15 patients per day with 6 admits and 6 discharges daily
- Newborn nursery unit with Level I designation
- Rounding hours 8 am - 5 pm daily
- ED consults required -- all pediatric transfers out
- Newborn care only -- no deliveries or procedures
- One-day orientation provided before start
- NRP certification required
