Description Assistant Manager - Bellmore Rd Bellmore location Job Details Description Assistant Manager - Bellmore Rd Bellmore location Work schedule: Sun, Mon 7a-3p; Tues-Thurs 3-11p; 40 hrs per week Pay scale: $15.25 per hour and up, based on experience and education AHRC Nassau operates the largest residential program on Long Island, with over 100 supervised and supportive settings, reflecting residents' interests. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Valid NYS Driver's License One year experience supporting people with developmental disabilities AMAP certification required Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and administrative skills Primary duties include but are not limited to: Supporting the Manager in supervising and training Direct Support Professionals to ensure quality support and a high quality of life for individuals Training new employees to ensure proper staffing Maintaining weekly work schedules based on staff availability and resident needs Documenting staff performance, attendance, and training needs Ensuring treatment plan documentation is complete daily Additional Information
