Finance Practice Group , focusing on
Corporate Trust

Charlotte
office. This role provides the opportunity to work on sophisticated capital markets transactions within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

JD
from a
top-tier law school
with
e
xcellent academic credentials
Active Bar Admission
in
North Carolina , in good standing
23 years
of substantive experience in a variety of
capital markets transactions , particularly focused on
structured finance
Strong
drafting and negotiation
abilities
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on
structured finance
matters, including
capital markets transactions
and related agreements
Draft ,
review , and
negotiate transaction documents
for a variety of structured finance deals
Collaborate closely with colleagues across practice groups to provide comprehensive support on complex transactions
Maintain direct client interaction and contribute to the growth of the firms finance practice

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation : Includes an annual salary range of
$235,000-$260,000 , commensurate with experience, along with a generous
