MUST HAVES:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent professional experience
A minimum of seven (7) years of hands-on administration and engineering experience with Microsoft 365 in an enterprise setting.
Proven experience leading M365 implementations, upgrades, or major configuration projects.
In-depth knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, and security & compliance features.
Advanced experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate
Strong PowerShell scripting experience and familiarity with Graph API.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and interface with senior leadership.
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of hybrid environments and integration with on-prem Active Directory and legacy systems.
Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, SC-300, or equivalent
SharePoint 2013+ administration and customization experience.
Familiarity with Defender for O365, Conditional Access Policies, Sensitivity Labels, and DLP.
Experience with security auditing, tenant hardening, and compliance configuration.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL Server is a plus.
