Lead Microsoft 365 upgrades, migrations, and modernization projects
\n
Architect, configure, and maintain secure and resilient M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, M365 Admin Center)
\n
Implement best practices for identity, access, and compliance policies (Conditional Access, DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Defender for Office 365)
\n
Manage tenant-level configurations, hybrid integrations, and licensing strategies
\n
Monitor system health, usage, and compliance via PowerShell, Graph API, and compliance dashboards
\n
Develop governance standards, documentation, and disaster recovery procedures
\n
Mentor junior team members and provide escalation support for complex M365 issues
\n
Evaluate emerging Microsoft 365 technologies and make adoption recommendations
\n
Provide end-user guidance and training to promote adoption of new capabilities
\n

Must-Haves: \n

5-7 years of M365 administration/engineering \n
Experience with M365 implementations \n
Knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, and security/compliance features \n
Advanced Power Platform experience (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) \n
PowerShell scripting and Graph API skills \n \n
Nice-to-Haves: \n
\n
Microsoft certifications (MS-100, MS-101, SC-300, or equivalent) \n
SharePoint 2013 administration/customization \n
Familiarity with Defender for O365, Conditional Access, Sensitivity Labels, and DLP \n
Security auditing, tenant hardening, and compliance configuration experience \n
Knowledge of networking, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL Server \n \n
