Job Details: We are seeking an experienced Trademark Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge issues in a fast-paced start-up environment where your work will have a direct impact on our business. The candidate will be responsible for managing trademark portfolios, conducting clearance searches, and assisting with infringement matters. This role requires a high level of professionalism, as you will be working directly with our clients and our team of highly skilled attorneys.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain our clients' trademark portfolios, including drafting and filing of applications, renewals, and responses to USPTO office actions. * Conduct comprehensive trademark searches and provide clearance analysis. * Assist with the preparation, filing, prosecution, and maintenance of trademarks at the USPTO. * Draft and file oppositions, cancellations, and appeals before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. * Monitor and report on possible trademark infringements. * Draft legal documents, including license agreements, assignments, and other trademark-related documents. * Coordinate with foreign counsel on international trademark matters. * Assist attorneys with legal research and document review. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in trademark law and USPTO procedures.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Trademark Paralegal. * Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from ABA-approved program * Proficient in USPTO filings and procedures. * Experience with trademark searching, clearance, and portfolio management * Proficiency in trademark docketing systems and deadline management * Knowledge of international filing procedures * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and meet deadlines. * Experience with TTAB opposition and cancellation proceedings * Experience with renewals, maintenance filings, and licensing documentation * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms.
