Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead quality assurance operations in a high-tech manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and UL certifications, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001, UL, and customer-specific requirements. Oversee UL certification processes (UL 94, UL 508A) for components and final products. Coordinate internal and external quality audits; ensure audit readiness. Supervise inspections of PCBs, electronic assemblies, and precision sheet metal components. Maintain quality documentation, work instructions, control plans, and compliance logs. Perform root cause analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Track and analyze quality metrics (yield rates, defect trends, customer returns). Lead and mentor the Quality Assurance team to uphold a culture of quality.

Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of quality assurance experience in electronics manufacturing, including 2+ years in a supervisory role. Proven ISO 9001 implementation and maintenance experience. Knowledge of UL standards (UL 94, UL 508A). Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600) and RoHS compliance. Ability to read technical drawings and inspect precision sheet metal assemblies. Strong skills in root cause analysis and CAPA processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) Experience with ERP and QMS software Background in high-reliability electronics manufacturing
