Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead sales initiatives and marketing strategies. This is a sole-contributor role initially, with the potential to influence and restructure our sales team. The ideal candidate will come from the fastener industry, with strong face-to-face sales experience, an established network, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic relationship-building and targeted marketing.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities and partnerships.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to guide business decisions.

Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.

Collaborate with operations to align business development and production capabilities.

Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Provide input into the management and development of sales teams at other locations.

Qualifications Industry Experience: Strong preference for candidates from the fastener manufacturing industry with established contacts.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: 4 8 years in sales, with proven success in industrial/manufacturing environments.

Skills:

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to analyze market data and adjust tactics to achieve results.

Working knowledge of ERP systems (Epicor preferred).

Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
