WHERE YOULL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM As a key member of the West Coast staffing teams, youll be supporting the local Staffing/Program Management team for our Seattle and Los Angeles offices. This role reports into a member of the Program Management team but interfaces closely across the full Program Management and Human Resources teams. This individual will need to be in the office, aligned with the co-location norm for the Program Management teamtypically ~4 days/week.
WHAT YOULL DO
Associate Consultant (AC), Consultant and Manager Programmatic Support
Drive the bi-annual consulting staff ratings process across all levels AC
SMAP
Audit review lists and upward feedback systems (HCPD and Trellis)
Collect and compile input ratings and performance review materials
Support bi-annual People Meetings and mid-cycle review materials
Coordinate with HR Ops, local HR, and staffing on policy execution and performance tracking
Promotions Support
Manage data and communications for AC, Consultant, and SM promotion committees
Coordinate diligence and offer-to-return processes
Capacity and Pipeline Management
Maintain office-wide capacity views and communicate weekly pipeline updates
Track key inputs: case rolls, starts, vacations, LOAs, and transfers
Red Team Intervention
Monitor CTSU scores, identify problem areas, and coordinate ombuds meetings
Report findings to office heads and Program Management
FEMP Program
Track FEMP touchpoints and mentor engagement
Help plan and execute bi-annual FEMP retention events
Business School Support
Manage Bains business school support roadmap and mentor assignments
Track applicant status and outcomes
PD Advisor and Mentor Assignments
Run annual matching process and manage ongoing updates
Local Office Talent Operations Support
Help plan and execute people-related meetings
Collaborate with Program Managers on content, logistics, and improvements
Ad Hoc Systems and Analytics Support
Maintain office pyramid file and develop reporting materials
Run ad hoc analyses and partner on survey/data requests
ABOUT YOU
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in professional services
Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail and organizational strength
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Comfort with multitasking and tight deadlines
Extensive Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience
Knowledge of Bain & Company is a plus
U.S. COMPENSATION INFORMATION
Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service, and Bains best-in-class benefits package.
Some local governments in the United States require a good-faith, reasonable salary range be included in job postings for open roles. The estimated annualized compensation for this role is as follows:
In Washington State, Seattle area, the good-faith, reasonable hourly full-time salary range for this role is between $34.62 - $41.59; placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, licensure/certifications, training, and skill level.
In California, Los Angeles area, the good-faith, reasonable hourly full-time salary range for this role is between $34.62 - $41.59; placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, licensure/certifications, training, and skill level.
Additional compensation may include:

4.5% 401(k) company contribution, increasing after 3 years and fully vested upon start
