Who You Will Work With This role supports the local Staffing/Program Management team and Office Head, reporting to a Program Management team member in Boston, with close interface across the team, Office Head, Boston Operations, and HR. Where You’ll Fit Within the Team You will be a key member of the Boston staffing and office operations team, supporting various functions including staffing, program management, and office operations. What You’ll Do Responsibilities include supporting staff ratings, promotions, business school coordination, PD advisor assignments, office operations, and analytics. Specific Support Areas Drive bi-annual staff ratings process: collect input, collate, review, and communicate ratings; support calibration and review execution. Support promotion decisions: assist diligence process and committee preparations. Coordinate business school activities: organize events, mentor matching, and admissions. Manage PD advisor assignments and communications. Support talent operations: facilitate meetings, coordinate reviews, and compile feedback. Analytics support: generate reports on staffing, budget, occupancy, and other operational data. About You Bachelor’s Degree required. At least 3 years’ professional experience, preferably in professional services. Deep knowledge of Bain & Company preferred. Strong customer service, organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information and prioritize tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Compensation & Benefits Includes base salary, performance bonus, 401(k), comprehensive health coverage, paid time off, and other benefits. Estimated salary range in Massachusetts: $34.62 - $41.59/hour, depending on experience. Additional Compensation Performance bonus, 401(k) contributions, health premiums, paid leave, life and disability insurance, fitness reimbursement.
