Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner - Provide accurate product and service information

Issue Resolution: - Troubleshoot common issues and follow up to ensure resolution - Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary - Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system

Customer Relationship: - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to enhance procedures and improve customer experience

Requirements and Skills:

Education: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Additional education or training in a relevant field is a plus Experience: - Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems

What We Offer:
