Position Overview: The Behavioral Health Department is seeking two dedicated professionals to join the team-one to work with the adolescent population and the other with the adult population. These positions offer an opportunity to make a significant impact in a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and group therapy to assigned clients. Conduct intake assessments and complete necessary evaluations for clients entering the Behavioral Health program. Maintain an active caseload, meeting agency productivity standards. Make appropriate referrals and collaborate with other therapists, physicians, and agencies involved in clients' cases. Work effectively with issues related to homelessness, substance abuse, mental health diagnoses, and trauma. Demonstrate knowledge and competency in diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of behavioral health issues. Maintain excellent communication, both written and verbal. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Strive to generate high levels of client satisfaction. Demonstrate age-specific and population-specific competencies in practice, including individual, group, and family dynamics. Serve a diverse client population with cultural competency. Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work. 0-5 years of experience in behavioral health services. CT Independent Licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.). Bilingual (Spanish and English) required. Strong understanding of behavioral health diagnoses, assessments, and treatment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team. Ability to maintain high client satisfaction levels. Demonstrated flexibility and ability to multi-task. Cultural competency to serve diverse populations.
