Primary Skills: SQL(Advanced), A/B testing(Intermediate), Data Visualization(Intermediate), Statistical Modeling(Intermediate), Communication(Expert) Contract Type: W2 only Duration: 6+ Months with Possible Extension Location: San Jose, CA (#LI-Hybrid) Pay Range: $60 - $65 per hour on W2 #LP Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Document Cloud Strategy & Insights team, focusing on leveraging big data to enhance customer experiences and support business decisions through deep dive analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimentation. The ideal candidate is self-directed, experienced in cross-functional collaboration, and can effectively communicate insights to both executive and non-technical stakeholders. This role involves working closely with engineering, product, and UX teams to refine user experiences based on data-driven insights, conducting A/B tests for hypothesis validation, and crafting narratives to share findings across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze clickstream and transactional data to uncover insights related to the customer journey. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics instrumentation and validate data accuracy. Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and recommend actions. Develop stories that convey insights to internal partners for informed decision-making. Utilize statistical and data science models to analyze the customer journey, focusing on growth and retention strategies.

Must-Have Skills:

Advanced proficiency in SQL and data manipulation. Experience in conducting A/B testing and experimentation. Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Industry Experience: 4 to 6 years in data/business analysis or related field, preferably with exposure to SaaS platforms or digital products environment.
