Job Summary:
Client is on the lookout for a strategic, data-driven individual to enhance our Web Analytics and Testing & Optimization team. This role involves partnering with various teams to analyze client website's performance, delivering insights to improve user experience, and using advanced tools and methodologies to identify growth opportunities and optimize web performance. If you're passionate about leveraging analytics and experimentation to drive business outcomes, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Go-To-Market teams to analyze performance and customer journeys on Adobe.com. Synthesize data from Adobe Analytics and big data platforms to deliver actionable insights. Build and execute an analytics roadmap aligned with business priorities to support acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention. Define and validate tracking requirements for new web features, ensuring accurate measurement. Develop, monitor KPIs, and lead optimization efforts to improve site effectiveness and user experience.
Must-Have Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics or similar tools Strong experience with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies Proficient in SQL and working with large-scale data environments
Industry Experience:
Extensive experience in digital/web analytics, particularly within the tech or digital marketing industries, is preferred.
