- Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pathologist (AP/CP preferred).
- Hospital-employed role backed by a 1 2 year salary guarantee , transitioning to a quality & production-based compensation model .
- Interpret a high volume of anatomic and clinical pathology specimens in a fully accredited, high-capacity laboratory (over 1 million tests per year ) including hematology, chemistry, blood bank, microbiology, cytology, and surgical pathology.
- Provide diagnostic expertise, support intraoperative consultations, cytology evaluations, and contribute to both clinical and anatomical pathology services.
- Perform surgical pathology grossing and microscopic diagnosis across organ systems.
- Handle cytology specimens , including non-gynecologic samples and rapid on-site evaluations (ROSE).
- Support clinical lab operations , provide consults, and participate in quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across hospital departments and outpatient service lines.
- Engage in potential academic activities, teaching rotating students or residents, leveraging our longstanding affiliation with UK.
