CFX Products . Main Objectives Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, building crates, packing boxes, and loading trucks for delivery. Maintain excellent service by following organizational standards of quality and national shipping best practices. Perform repetitive operations related to shipping and packing. Major Responsibilities Perform shipping functions to pack and ship final products using hand or power tools to meet daily objectives. Properly and securely pack final products to minimize breakage. Accurately fill customer orders and document shipment contents and quality. Coordinate with departments to fulfill inventory and shipping needs. Build and wrap pallets for secure shipment or storage. Report defective materials or questionable conditions. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety procedures and PPE requirements. Follow all safety rules and maintain consistent attendance. Meet departmental goals and KPIs. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school Diploma/GED preferred; less than high school may be accepted. At least 1+ years of experience in distribution or warehousing, with knowledge of packaging and shipping standards. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. Experience with tape measures, math, and hand or power tools. Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including mandatory overtime and weekends. Reliable transportation required. Skills/Competencies Strong quality focus and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change. Positive attitude and teamwork skills. Safety awareness and ability to follow instructions. Self-motivation and accuracy in work. English language skills for reading and understanding shipping documents.
