Overview:
Hero Practice Services is seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to establish a parent/patient relationship with the Orthodontist for proper communication regarding the recommended treatment plans and facilitate successful closures of financial negotiations.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer needs by discussing treatment options and preparing financial arrangements with patients, including delinquent accounts
- Communicate effectively to sell and close financial presentations
- Assist with phone calls and patient check-out
- Ensure the practice is clean and presentable, including cleaning restrooms, lobby, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, etc.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in an orthodontic practice is a plus
- Knowledge of various insurance plans, manuals, exclusions, and limitations
Physical Requirements:
This position requires full body mobility. Employees must be able to sit, walk, stand, talk, hear, use hands for repetitive tasks, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
