Fitch Ratings is currently seeking a Director/Senior Director of Structured Finance Business & Relationship Management - US ABS based out of our New York office.

About The Team
The US Asset-Backed Securities Business Relationship Management team focuses on building and maintaining relationships with issuers and bankers to expand our ABS business.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Relationship Management: Support the ABS business in managing and developing relationships with existing and new issuers and bankers with the goal of generating new ratings mandates and increasing ABS market share.
- Business Development: Screen new business opportunities; negotiate and generate engagement agreements; and help develop business and market outreach plans.
- Data Management: Analyze pipeline and market share reports for strategic insights.
- Marketing Materials: Oversee and develop pitch books and marketing materials.
- Collaboration: Work with Marketing and Events teams on ABS events, conferences and research distributions. Liaise with other business relationship management colleagues on common relationships. Actively support Fitch initiatives including Private Credit, promoting Fitch's opinions, criteria, research, and products.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or economics.
- At least 7-10 years of relevant work experience, with knowledge of ABS or Structured Finance.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills. Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
- An energetic, proactive approach and the willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and conferences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective relationship building. Ability to lead meetings.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate data effectively for marketing purposes.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $275,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
