Vice President of Operations – Dental Services | Washington

We’ve partnered with a fast-growing dental service organization with practices across the West coast. Due to continued expansion, they are hiring a Vice President of Operations to oversee approximately 25 practices across the state of Washington.

What the role involves:

Lead operations across 25+ practices within Washington
Manage and support 3 Regional Managers to drive performance and patient satisfaction
Partner closely with the executive team to execute strategic initiatives
Identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies across the region

What we're looking for:

Proven leadership experience in a multi-site dental or healthcare environment
Strong track record of driving operational and financial performance
Ability to lead through influence, build culture, and manage change
Ambition and capability to grow with the organization as it scales
