Role Overview
As part of Crusoe’s Finance team, you will support our digital infrastructure and manufacturing sectors. You will lead FP&A activities, support digital infrastructure deals, and influence strategic financial decisions through budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. We seek a results-driven professional with 6+ years of experience eager to define strategic financial targets in a fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Model & Forecast: Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets for data center infrastructure and manufacturing.
- Project Finance: Support financial modeling for large-scale infrastructure projects and due diligence processes.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate to create accurate forecasts and budgets, ensuring performance tracking and analysis.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as a link across teams to shape financial decisions and provide actionable insights.
- Financial Analysis: Lead cost and performance analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Enhance financial reporting accuracy and transparency.
- Executive Reports: Prepare reports for executive teams, boards, and investors.
- Capital Raise Support: Assist in creating models and materials for fundraising.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor analysts and team members.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct special projects and serve as a finance contact internally and externally.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in Strategic Finance or FP&A, preferably with digital infrastructure industry experience; or 4+ years in investment banking in infrastructure or tech sectors.
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis skills.
- Proven ability to improve processes and reporting accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to communicate complex data clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.

- Experience with capital budgeting and manufacturing costs.
- Knowledge of digital technologies and their financial implications.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in financial planning software.

Compensation
Range of $175,000 - DOE, including RSUs. Compensation based on experience, education, and internal equity.
