You will join Crusoe’s Finance team, supporting our digital infrastructure and manufacturing sectors. Your primary responsibilities include leading Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement, especially related to AI-driven data center infrastructure. Your insights will influence strategic decisions, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen our finance function. We seek a results-oriented professional with over 6 years of experience eager to contribute to our rapid growth and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for data center infrastructure and manufacturing Support complex project financial modeling and diligence for multi-billion dollar infrastructure projects Collaborate with FP&A and senior managers to create accurate forecasts and budgets, ensuring performance tracking and analysis Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to inform financial decisions and identify trends Lead cost analysis and monitor financial performance to identify risks and opportunities Drive process improvements for financial reporting accuracy and transparency Prepare reports for executive leadership, the board, and investors Support capital raise activities through modeling and presentation development Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering professional growth Conduct special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed Qualifications: Over 6 years of experience in strategic finance or FP&A, preferably within digital infrastructure or related sectors; or 4+ years in investment banking focused on infrastructure or technology Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis skills Proven track record in supporting complex financial deals and process improvements Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s Degree required Preferred skills: Experience with capital budgeting and manufacturing cost structures Knowledge of digital technologies (cloud, AI, IoT) and their financial impacts Project management and team leadership experience Proficiency in financial planning software Benefits include:
