Role Overview

As a Staff Engineer, you will:

  • Help define how humans collaborate with intelligent systems in property management.
  • Shape the technical foundation of a platform supporting autonomous AI-driven workflows.
  • Lead critical system rewrites, architect scalable foundations, and set engineering standards.
  • Work at the intersection of LLM technology and business applications, creating sophisticated AI systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead system rewrites for scalability and resilience.
  • Optimize data storage and build deployment pipelines.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure with IaC tools.
  • Establish engineering best practices and monitor system performance.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or related field.
  • 5+ years building scalable, reliable software.
  • Expertise in Node.js, cloud infrastructure, and databases.
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and AI infrastructure is a plus.
