Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales/Account Manager to join our team in San Jose, CA.You will play a critical role in managing customer relationships, driving sales of electronic components, and fostering partnerships with Principals and Customers across our territories.

An energetic, results‑driven Field Sales/ Account Manager who will:

• Prospect and develop relationships with OEMs, Contract Manufacturers & Distributors.
• Promote and position our electronic component portfolio.
• Support design‑in efforts by collaborating with customers’ engineering teams and supplying technical information.
• Use CRM tools to manage opportunities, forecast sales, and report to management.
• Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude in the heart of Silicon Valley, alongside experienced professionals

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and grow new business opportunities through cold outreach, trade shows, networking and Principal Leads
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing accounts and distributors.
• Coordinate with technical support to deliver solutions-aligned proposals.
• Travel within assigned territories to meet customers on-site.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B technical or electronic component sales experience—manufacturer's rep experience a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude: ability to understand product specs, applications, and customer engineering needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with proven success in a territory-driven role.
• Regular travel within assigned territory.
