What You’ll Do

• Lead renewable energy deals end-to-end: sourcing, diligence, execution, financing, and post-close value creation.
• Manage technical diligence processes with independent engineers, environmental consultants, and other specialist advisors.
• Structure and negotiate tax equity, project debt, and hybrid financing arrangements for solar, battery storage, and microgrid assets.
• Build strong relationships with developers, operators, strategic partners, and capital providers.
• Work directly with the founder — no bureaucracy, real responsibility.
• Gain broader experience across platform investing and other infrastructure verticals beyond renewables.
• Operate where others can’t or won’t, turning overlooked markets into advantage.

• Deep transactional experience in solar, battery storage, and/or microgrid projects .
• Proven ability in corporate and project finance — including tax equity modeling and structuring.
