What You’ll Do:


    • Drive impactful change: Design and execute advocacy strategies that help clients meet their goals in the energy, environment, and infrastructure sectors.
    • Be a trusted advisor: Guide clients through the rapidly evolving landscape of energy policy, tax legislation, and regulation, delivering actionable insights that make a difference for our clients.

    • Lead with purpose: Manage projects to deliver measurable impact, foster collaboration, and deepen client relationships.
    • Build powerful networks: Cultivate strong relationships with key policymakers, regulators, and industry leaders in Congress, the Administration, and federal agencies.
    • Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor and analyze legislative, regulatory, and industry trends across key sectors and alert clients to opportunities and risks.
    • Champion client interests: Represent clients in meetings with government officials, policymakers, and other stakeholders.
    • Delivering superior products: Develop high-quality written materials to effectively communicate and advance client objectives across policy, corporate, and legislative arenas.

ATTRIBUTES

    • Minimum of 8+ years experience, with a minimum of 5 years on Capitol Hill.
    • Knowledge of energy, environment, or infrastructure required.
    • Proven project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
    • A team oriented, collaborative approach, with the ability to build trust with a wide range of stakeholders.
    • Strong writing skills with the ability to quickly simplify complex topics, produce high quality analyses, and craft compelling materials. Power Point experience is a requirement.
    • Strong-interpersonal skills who works well in teams and values relationships but is also able to work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit.
