A law firm is seeking a Litigation Trial Attorney in Colorado. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of litigation experience and be licensed to practice law in Colorado. The role requires strong academic credentials, excellent writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills. Experience in state and federal courts is essential.
Duties
- Manage litigation files from inception to closing.
- Handle discovery, motion practice, and hearings.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Engage in trial preparation and execution.
- Interpret and analyze insurance policies.
- Present claims and conduct insurance appraisals.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
- Experience in state and federal courts.
- Experience with property and liability insurance coverage is preferred.
- Experience with community associations and multi-unit housing is a plus.
Education
- Degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Skills
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Excellent analytical and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Motivated and reliable.
