Travel as required for case needs. Interact with insurance claims representatives for case assessment and strategy. Handle own files and matters independently. Take and defend fact and expert depositions. Engage and prepare experts, including disclosures and reporting. Manage all facets of pre-trial discovery and motions. Oversee large document production and database matters. Lead mediations and trials as first chair, preferred. Delegate work to paralegals effectively. Draft publications, articles, or legal presentations, preferred. Requirements
Licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado. Interest in marketing and business development. Experience with schedule and payment claims, preferred. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications
Skills
