Tax Manager – Individuals, Partnerships & Corporations - Boston, MA

They are a fast-growing regional firm (think 25% growth two years running) with a sharp focus on people — both clients and team. They are looking for a Tax Manager who’s great with individuals, partnerships, and corporations — and looking for a progression structure focused around them!

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll lead tax engagements, work directly with a broad mix of clients, and help guide a high-performing team — all while having the flexibility to actually enjoy your life outside of work.

  • Review and manage complex returns across individuals, partnerships, and corps
  • Primary responsibility is to coordinate the activities of the tax department and render quality tax services to clients.
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Review and manage staff deliverables including tax returns, extensions, tax planning calculations, and write-up work for all entity types (C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, Non-Profit, gift, multi state).
