Strong base pay + opportunities for growth, promotion, & professional development + hybrid schedule w/ Boston + culture-focused company + top pedigree team - fantastic mentors + additional perks, benefits, and discounts Responsibilities: Monthly, quarterly, and year end reporting & financial statement preparation Oversight of operational accounting including expense reporting, management of reconciliations for payables Maintenance of the GL, preparation of journal entries Treasury responsibilities including cash reconciliations and banking relationship management Compliance responsibilities / partnering with the legal team for any regulatory requirements Resolve audit inquiries from external auditors during year-end audit Perform additional duties as and when assigned Experience Necessary: BA/BS degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university required CPA is a plus, but not required 3+ years of either Public Accounting or Corporate GL Accounting out of a nonprofit organization (nonprofit experience a plus, not required) Desire for growth & promotion within the company Strong Excel experience Seniority level
