About The Role
This executive role integrates three strategic leadership domains—Finance, Information Technology (IT), and Procurement —to ensure robust operational support for a dynamic modular construction business. The CFO/VP oversees fiscal integrity, enterprise technology infrastructure, and strategic sourcing across all U.S. operations, aligning them with both U.S. business goals and Chilean corporate governance standards. The VP of Finance will work in our Westford, MA headquarters.
Core Functions And Responsibilities

  • Finance
Financial Strategy & Oversight
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital structure management.
  • Provide forward-looking financial analysis to support decision-making by the CEO and Board of Directors.
  • Monitor and report key financial indicators to optimize profitability and growth.
  • Ensure accurate reporting in U.S. GAAP and reconciliation with Chilean IFRS and parent company-specific requirements.
  • Present financial strategy and performance updates to the company's Board of Directors.
  • Supervise audit procedures, ensure tax compliance, and manage internal control systems in accordance with the responsibilities of the parent company and Chilean regulatory authorities (CMF).
  • Implement strong financial controls, including T&C reviews, CapEx authorization, Credit card usage, and contract risk analysis.
  • Liaise regularly with the Chilean HQ finance team to ensure accurate and compliant consolidation.
  • Advise on investment decisions, risk mitigation, and strategic expansion.
  • Manage cash flow and treasury relationships (A/R and A/P).
  • Implement risk management frameworks and insurance coverage with the support of the parent company Internal Controls Group.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and cross-functional collaboration across the company.
  • Information Technology (IT)
  • Create IT policies, procurement standards, and service level expectations.
  • Build and lead an IT team that supports internal service delivery across branches.
  • Define and execute the company’s IT vision, aligning digital tools with operational needs.
  • Oversee core systems such as ERP, financial software, project management tools, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Ensure data integrity, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance
  • Champion digital transformation initiatives (e.g., automation, analytics, mobile solutions).
  • Facilitate system integrations and project developments between U.S. and Chilean platforms for real-time visibility.
  • Procurement
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Establish company-wide procurement policies for all departments and branches.
  • Supervise Procurement Manager and Purchasing manager on the implementation of a strategic vendor process.
  • Oversee procurement of modular buildings for standard rental fleet.
  • Implement tools for spend analytics, e-sourcing, and supply chain transparency.
  • Report procurement KPIs to executive management and ensure alignment with budgetary goals.

Requirements And Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of senior leadership role.
  • Experience in finance, with demonstrated success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and presentation tools.
  • Deep understanding of construction, ERP systems, Business Intelligence, and financial management best practices.
Additional Considerations
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
  • Occasional travel to branches or the parent company in Chile may be required.
  • Must have a strong understanding of multi-entity reporting, foreign currency implications, and intercompany transactions.
