Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Labor and Employment Attorney located in Huntington Beach, CA. The Labor and Employment Attorney will be responsible for advising and representing the company in various aspects of labor and employment law. We are looking for a junior attorney with a great understanding of employment law and California law relating to such. A good understanding on pay plans and how they relate to the state of CA is important. Great understanding of payroll regulations in the state and national level is also important. We are not only looking to stay in compliance but be ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Labor and Employment Law and Employment Litigation
• Proficient in legal Research
• Strong understanding of general legal principles and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR and management teams
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in good standing with the state bar
• Be licensed in CA
• Local to work in Huntington Beach, CA
