Our prestigious law firm is seeking a seasoned Labor & Employment Attorney with a specialty in business litigation. The successful candidate will be a passionate and dedicated professional, eager to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients. This role involves representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, and advising clients on legal transactions related to business litigation cases.

Job Details

• Currently licensed to practice law in California
• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience
• Primarily on the defense, including wrongful termination, discrimination, PAGA class actions and related employment disputes.
• Very detail-oriented with exceptional writing skills.
• Ability to handle their own caseload.
• A high degree of initiative and mature judgment.
• First chair trial and/or arbitration experience.
