We are looking for an Amazing Talent Acquisition Partner to fill this role, based in our Doral office.

The TA Partner is responsible for proactively executing the full life cycle recruiting efforts for Princess Cruises corporate positions, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience. They will play a strategic and hands-on role in driving talent acquisition efforts across the company. They will be a talent advisor who can actively stay connected to a robust pipeline, maintain long-term relationships, and energetically sell the role and the company. They will build relationships with Hiring Managers and formulate recruiting strategies to attract, recruit, and close top candidates.

Responsibilities

  1. Source, assess, recruit, and close top talent.
  2. Identify and execute recruitment strategies that attract quality candidates, considering sourcing tools and advertising methods with a focus on ROI.
  3. Identify qualified applicants, conduct diagnostic interviews, administer tests, evaluate qualifications, provide detailed candidate write-ups, schedule interviews, conduct HR debrief sessions, check references, and extend job offers with full details on job description, terms, pay rate, and benefits.
  4. Maintain data integrity in all systems and provide weekly update reports to TA standards.
  5. Build a proactive pipeline and actively manage relationships for future opportunities.
  6. Maintain close relationships with the Business, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager of Talent Acquisition, aligned with department needs.

Requirements

  1. At least 5 years of successful recruiting experience.
  2. Experience in a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
  3. Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in Excel, including creating pivot tables.
  5. Ability to source candidates through multiple channels.
  6. Understanding of recruitment metrics and managing a recruitment desk.
  7. Ability to utilize multiple closing techniques.
  8. Ability to analyze recruitment market data.
  9. Integrity, enthusiasm, and intellectual agility.
  10. Ability to work across various roles and disciplines.
  11. Comfort dealing with ambiguity and operating in a fluid environment.
  12. This position is considered Hybrid, following the company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday).
